- Overview
- A centralized regional submission and approval system designed to streamline entity reporting, evidence collection, approval routing, status tracking and operational oversight across multiple markets.
- Problem
- Submissions arrived by email and spreadsheet, evidence lived in scattered folders, and status had to be reconstructed manually each cycle. Follow-up consumed more effort than review itself.
- System architecture
- Entity → Portal (Power Apps) → Workflow (Power Automate) → Data store (SharePoint lists and libraries) → Reporting (Power BI).
- Workflow
- Submission → field validation → manager review → compliance review → approval or escalation → master record update → audit log → archive.

- Role
- Designed the intake model, list schema and approval logic; built the app and flows; ran UAT with entity users and handled rollout and iteration.

- One submission route instead of many, evidence captured against the record it belongs to, and reporting available without manual consolidation.
